I've been a resident of Chesterville Gardens for about 2 years and have been completely satisfied. The complex is located in a rural area which provides a quiet, peaceful and safe setting but also has convenient access to stores and services a 5 minute drive away in Tupelo. The units offer a lot of privacy as they are two story townhouses with no tenants above or below and include laundry rooms for my own washer/dryer. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the rent includes services that are extra charges at other complexes. Finally, the management team is friendly and responsive to any requests for information and maintenance.

We love Gum Tree property management because 1st off the staff is Great (Wendy & Lauren) So friendly and professional. We like how they come MONTHLY for basic maintenance. When we've had minor issues, they are on top of it quickly and professional. Can't believe it's ready been a year. Time to renew because we are not ready to leave yet! We have recommended Gum Tree Property Management to several people! Keep up the great work

I have enjoyed living at Chesterville Gardens; it is in a very quiet and safe area of town. While there are plenty of families around, it has never been loud or disruptive. The neighbors are very friendly and courteous. The units are very comfortable, and while I do share a wall with the neighbors, we never hear each other.
